new registration send blank email -> user email blank

When the site is loaded, it is look like pictur 1.
When I click on "REGISTER YOUR ACCOUNT TODAY", it will show the picture 2, directly this page, no page for input anything.

And in my mail, I got mails look like picture 3.

Is it easysocial bug or any mismatch in setting? Why those are blank?

Please resolve this issue. Thank you.

You need to set Mini Registration mode to full in Components > EasySocial > Settings > Registration : http://screen.stackideas.com/2015-03-09_1030.png

Hello Jibon,

In order for you to use mini registration you need to enable important field to be displayed from your backend > easysocial > profile types > custom fields. Refer screenshot below:
