That error is actually show your server memory already hit that limit, so it throw this error on the page.

May i know do you have any test site running PHP 7 so we can investigate on this issue?

Hello Rose,

There seems to be a lot of issues with memory_limit when you are on Joomla 3.7 and PHP 7. Are you currently on Joomla 3.7? It seems like there is a bug in Joomla which they are addressing in 3.7.1

If you downgrade to PHP 5.6, is the issue still occurring?

Hello Rose,

I will see what I can do for you on the site to add a temporary work around until Joomla 3.7.1 is out. However, the ftp that you provide isn't working.

Yes, i can connect with your FTP server and troubleshoot around 3 hours, but i still unable to figure out what is that issue causing this yet.

But when i tried to register from the Joomla registration page also hitting the same issue. , you can test on this page.
https://yourdomain.org.il/index.php?option=com_users&view=registration

It seems like you have tried to revert back to PHP from 7 to 5.x right but the issue still persists, mean it could be Joomla 3.7 issue.

At the same time, is it can increase your PHP memory_limit to 1280M for your (master value) from your PHP server?

2. The joomla update from 6.5 to 7.0 was beacuse the memory issue..
3. After upgrading joomla we can't save update in global configuration anymore.

You mean you found which issue causing your global configuration issue can't work properly?
