01 chaotic calendar time like as 56. 57 .61 image.

Seems like i cannot replicate once i have re-save them. Can you provide us on how to replicate this issues for further check on this issues. Please advice.

02 chaotic calendar privacy setting and there isn't privacy feature on the page of adding new events.

Currently, it will always follow those settings set on your current privacy, and you just can change them on the view it self. It seems that i can replicate this issues. I have logged this issues internally. This fixes will be included on our next release version.
