When a client posts a new post they get this error

Unsupported key passed to getPersistentData. Invalid or no certificate authority found, using bundled information Invalid or no certificate authority found, using bundled information.


A bit frustrating as i can't manually fix

and I access with your FTP then i hitting this :
Command:	LIST
Response: 425 Can't open data connection.
Error: Failed to retrieve directory listing


Can you consult with your Webhosting provider regarding this and see how it goes?

Sorted the 500 error myself was an permission error on folders!

Do you think this is the route course to the other errors i'm seeing?

I can now access Auto Post so think that was a permission base error (Sorry) but the FTP issue you keep having is weird. Did you see my Screen-shot (additional info) i connected fine

Sorry for late reply to this,
I have do the debugging in your site, it seems like when enable the Facebook autopost then hitting that 500 internal server error.
May i know where is your error log file from your site? Because I would like to check what error showing out when I trying to publish a discussion post.

OK I didn't have Fail Request Tracing Rules enabled. i have now and will catch 500 error and log ... will post shortly
