Hello

Our site is having an issue with new blog post notification emails that contain a file block. The "Download File" link does not have a domain at the beginning. It is just the relative path, example "images/easyblog_articles/324/Fraud-Collateral-Rev-1.pdf" when it should be "thread.c-cgroup.com/images/easyblog_articles/324/Fraud-Collateral-Rev-1.pdf".

Is there a setting somewhere to fix this, or is it a bug?

Alternatively, is there a way to prevent the file block from being included in the email notification?

Thank you!
Hi there,

Is it possible for you to provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue?

You can add the information needed by edit your first post in the Details section or you can just include your site's access once at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site rather than needing to keep adding them in your replies

Hi there,

Sorry for the late reply, as I try to access your backend seems like it keeps redirect to your frontend. And your FTP seems like not working as well

Hi there,

I've try to replicate this issue with same configuration as your, seems like I can reproduce the issue now. I've logged this issue in our issue tracker and our developers will take an action for this.
I will update you when our developers have push the fix in our repository.

Thanks for your understanding
