Hello

If a forum has several boards, it is easier for the user to post a new topic on the current board (on the board of the current page). For this we needed the ability to configure the module "New Topic" so that the selection list with the boards is omitted and the new post is posted on a specific board. Would it be possible? Thank You for help!

Thanks
Chris
Can You give me an answer please?

Hey Christian,

I am sorry for the delayed of this reply because you posted this thread under "Feature Request (Not supported)" category, you can check my screenshot here : https://take.ms/uJWBX , this is why we didn't see your post under 'unanswered' section.

I already help you switch this thread to under other Easydiscuss category, it should appear on the 'follow up' section on our forums, so other moderator can easier follow up your current issue.

Regarding with your question, it is possible to do this, what you need to do is create a few "Easydiscuss - Ask Layout" menu item from your site backend (screenshot : https://take.ms/goOKX), then choose which category you would like to add into this menu item so when the user click on this menu link, that category will automatically selected on the ask discussion page.
