I've checked your site and payplans is updated to latest version 4.0.9.
I didn't hit any error related to get counter on backend subscription page.

Can you tell me steps to replicate this issue , so i can check it further.

Thanks, yes of course, I go to Payplans-Order-Subscriptions I go to "NEW" button I choose a plan to give the new subscription in my case "Staff" then Choose User, status "active" the I click "save and close" and voila I get this error. You can create a new user or a use "usertest" user if you want to test. Thanks

Yes, this way also can.

I've tried the same steps you shared on my local and didn't hit this issue. It seems issue is coming at your site only.
Can you please update me few things
1. Are you using PayPlans 3.x version earlier and then upgrade to 4.x.
2. during upgrade did you hit any issue ?

No, I dont install 3.x before I istall to 4.x, but maybe I wrong, because this site makes me do many test site to works, so maybe I get one old test site with payplans 3.x before. I 80% sure I only install 4.x but this same error "call to a member function Get Counter() on null" I got it before in payplans with another extension norrcompetition payplans cuase this error, you can check in my tickets this, This for me was a real headache back then.

Another thing, I dont know why but the plans expired, I dont make anything and the plans expireds why this happend?

Hey Balam,

I am able to replicate the issue regarding plan expiration. The staff plan is life time but expiration date is setting for current date that's why it's expired.

I've logged this into our issue tracker and will update you once it get fixed and tested.

If you have created menu link for those pages then you can restrict using PayPlans Menu Access app.

Regarding life time plan expiration issue, for now to resolve this issue, find attached file and replace with below mentioned path.
root\administrator\components\com_payplans\includes\subscription\subscription.php

After replacing file , please take a look again on this issue and let me know if still issue persist.
