Greetings. The "Filters" button at the bottom, and the "Menu" button on the top right are not working. When I push them nothing happens. Is there a way for me to fix? Thank you!
Hello Jeromy,

The ftp doesn't seem to work for me Can you try downloading the attached file and upload it into /templates/esmobile/ and overwrite the framework.php file for me and see how this goes?

Hello Jeromy,

Please replace the attached file in: ../templates/esmobile/framework.php and let us know how it goes.

Hello Jeromy,

How are you testing this and which page are you on when you tried to click on the filter button?

Please take note that if you are testing this on a browser on your desktop, it will not work because these events are triggered with "touch" events (for mobile / tablet devices)

Thanks Mark. I am testing it on my iPhone 6 running iOS 10.2.
The page location: I am clicking on the mobile template's "home button" in the upper left hand side of the screen just after the login screen.
When I press the "filter" button, the button area flashes as if it's been pressed, but nothing happens. When I push the "menu" button area in the top right, I get no flash or any other response.

Could you please provide me with the FTP access to the site please? Looks like for some reasons it is referring to an invalid file,

"NetworkError: 404 Not Found - https://www.vine-community.com/templates/esmobile/scripts/template.js"

I've updated my first post with ftp login info. The error is consistent with the first ticket I posted after installing the mobile template, in that none of my bottom buttons worked because they weren't linking to the subdirectory the site is in. I was told how to edit: /templates/esmobile/index.php to get those buttons working.
