When a user I currently follow (friends or not) have published a new Event , I did not receive any notification on my toolbar.
Is this normal?
Is there a way to keep me informed on any new events published by the users I follow?

Hi Joe,
When a user I currently follow (friends or not) have published a new Event , I did not receive any notification on my toolbar.
Yes this is normal. Because there is no such alert if you looks at the alerts page in the backend.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to achieve this at this point of time. We appreciate your understanding on this.

Hi Raymond,
excuse me but I disagree with you
I think that creating a new event is a crucial event in a community and it should be considered as an event to be immediately notified to all friends and followers. A Social community must have this kind of information IMO.
It's a must have!
Can you ask to the dev team to include it into the next release maybe?

Hey Joe,

Thanks for your suggestion, but unfortunately we do not have this feature at this point of time yet But you can submit this feature request in our voice page, we will consider to add in the future release version.

If you really want this feature at this point of time, I would recommended you request for a quote from us at https://crm.stackideas.com and select "Customizations" . Our sales person would be glad to send you a quote for the customizations that you have requested.
