Hello Everyone,

recently I got following error message when I want to edit some user posts.

'Error validating access token: Sessions for the user are not allowed because the user is not a confirmed user.'

This never happened before and I have no clue why this is occurs at some users posts.

Can u help me?
Tnx a lot in advance and best regards

Alp
Hey there,

That error message coming from Facebook, I suspect that is your Facebook token expired or the Facebook user password already updated in recently.

Can you try following instruction and see how it goes?

Try login from your Facebook user account which configured in your backend Easyblog Facebook autopost page, then click revoke access button, then click sign in via Facebook.

And then try edit one of the post and see how it goes?

If the issue still persists, can you provide us with your Facebook access so I can help you check on this?

Guess the issue is related to users Facebook login and changed password.
Tnx a lot.

There is nothing I can do, but informing the user.
