New error appeared on all ES pages

HI We now have this error on all pages where easysocial is active

Strict Standards: Declaration of SocialUserAppDiscuss::onNotificationLoad() should be compatible with SocialAppItem::onNotificationLoad(SocialTableNotification &$item) in /homepages/39/d568401025/htdocs/medalmad/media/com_easysocial/apps/user/discuss/discuss.php on line 791
