Hi,

I installes Komento on my site. Then I migrated comments from jcomments. Now when I add new comments i have following problem

I write new comment and everything seems to work fine.
But when i refesh page the added comment dissappear. I got information that there is new comment, refresh commennts fo several minutes and nothing new appear.
In latest comments module I can see new comment, but it is not assinged to article. In the field where article title shoul appear I see "this information cant be loaded" and "COM_KOMENTO_NO_COMPONENT_NAME_ASSIGNED".

So where should I post my issue with free version of Komento. Everywhere I receive answer that here help is given only for paid version...

OK, understand. Unfortunately my site is dedicated to non-proft project. I am really sorry that I have to uninstall Komento. It seems to be great Joomla component, but it doesnt work on my site.

Regarding with your special case and interesting our Komento product,
I will help you investigate on your current issues now, is it possible help us set this user "testing" to Super Administrator privilege so we can access your Komento, global configuration or other page from your backend? so we can investigate on every part which related and causing this issues out?

Hello spartatv,

It seems like your template Zt_hong25 + ZT Tools plugin causing this issues out, when i tried to change another template and disabled this plugin, then it work fine.
But it seems like the older comment didn't show out before commented in that article that comment. Please have a check.
