Hi, when a new post is published i receive the mail of new blog post to the mail address of the website twice at the same time.
Why?
Best regards
Hey Francesco,

It seems like you using `Send emails on page load` setting for process the email send to your site subscribers, it might causing the issue.

By the way, may i know do you have setup cronjob in your server yet? If not yet, can you provide us with your Cpanel access so we can help you setup cronjob in your server so that your site will not rely on this `Send emails on page load` setting and speed up your site performance.

I set this cron job url http://mydomain.it/index.php?option=com_easyblog&task=cron to run every 15 minutes. There is not any option to run it on send mails on page load.

I used my real domain in cron url.

I told you to be careful because my site in in live status and you create a test post and leave it on my home page and share it to my social networks too? I use autoposting feature so please disable it before you proceed and after enable it again.
OMG!

Hey there,

Yes, I will becareful on this because I knew you have setup the autopost in your site.

By the way, I just created a test post, it will send to your custom email address and mine, can you see is it will receive multiple notification email for which new post is published?

Because I already disabled that `send email via page load` setting from your backend before I publish my test post, you can refer on my attached screenshot below.

keep us updated then result.

I received only one mail. Where is the "send email via page load" option on the backend?

I also only get 1 email and the settings you can refer on my attached screenshot below.

You can keep me update if the issue still persists.
