From what i know, there isn't many content slider that support the integration with EasyBlog 5.0. Those that I know are from Roksprocket and themexpert

Do you mean you would like to use Easyblog Showcase module?

If yes, you have to follow the instruction below how to enable the preview module position from backend :
1. Go to backend > extension > template > click option button from the right position > Enable `Preview module position`
2. Go to your frontend page which you want to put your module on your page, for example : your site URL http://site.com/examplePage <- you have to put ?tp=1 behind of the URL > http://site.com/examplePage?tp=1
3. After you know what is that module position name, then go to backend > extension > module > find your module and assign to this page and the position which you want to display.
