need to install easyblog again?

When I open Easyblog on the screen I see the installer wanting me to guide through installing Easy Blog???
Do I need to install it again? Why?
I cannot access any other option, wherever I click in the Easyblog menu, I just get the installer screen? The blog is well online visible on my site.
Not so long ago I had a lot of trouble while upgrading to a newer version. That's why I am very careful now and ask your help.

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. It looks like someone may have "ignited" the update process but didn't complete it. Do you want us to update it to the latest version, 5.0.26 for you? It seems like you are running on 5.0.15.

I have also deleted the tmp file in /tmp/easyblog.installation so that you can access your back end now.

everything is fine now, only: somehow the possibility of giving a comment/reaction to a post is blocked... ?? What can I do here?

I am sorry that delay of this reply,

I've checked in your existing first post in your site, it seems like this post already set `allow comment` to NO, which mean that post is not allow user to comment. To fix this, I already help you enabled back the setting from the post right panel.

It should work fine now.
