You can take a look whether you got create any template override for the email template file from your current template directory folder? e.g. JoomlaFolder/templates/yourCurrentTemplate/html/com_easyblog/emails/html/...

Or original email file location :
JoomlaFolder/components/com_easyblog/themes/wireframe/emails/html/..
JoomlaFolder/components/com_easyblog/themes/wireframe/emails/html/template.php
