I have checked your settings and it should works as it should. By the way, we suspected that your current recaptcha configurations is wrong. It is required for you to check them first and see how it goes. Or maybe you can provide us with those credentials for further check on this issues.

Ok thank you for your help, i've solved it by moving the captcha code between before </form> tag (i've putting it after this tag), and now it work well
