I have fixed captcha issue at your site and didn't get any issue related to redirection.
Please try to register again using payplans . You will get error after confirming checkout (see attached screen shot).
This error is coming you have not create any app instance for payment app. Please create payment gateway app instance and check the process.

Could this be because the site tried to redirect to buchanconsulting.com to http://www.buchanconsulting.com ? I believe that's set up in the HTACCESS

I checked your site didn't see any redirection error. There are 2 error' shown one is related to stripe because in stripe app configuration spaces are there in secret key , i already fixed it.

Second error is shown by acymailing, please contact them about this.
see attached screen shot.

Try to disable httaccess and check the redirection issue. Update me with results.

I still get the attached error every time I try to login from the subscription form.

The one issue was that you have setup Use HTTPS on payment pages to yes in payplans configuration. I have disabled it because ssl applied to entire site so no need to set it here.

You have applied haccess at your site , when i try to login after renaming httaccess file it giving the error.

You are a spammer, hacker or an otherwise bad person.

Please try again to remove after removing htaccess and and restriction's you made.

Please test again after I've disabled COmmunity Builder

None others that I personally did. I did have a freelance web developed come in and make adjustments 3 years ago to help optimize the site. I'm unsure of what those adjustments were.

I checked your site and found that you are using admin tools as well as htaccess also.
When user login then it's redirecting to user (303 redirection). I have tried to disable Admin tool but not able to disable it , it's giving me 403 unauthorized error.

Now after your site giving me the error You are spammer or hacker.
Related to redirection issue we already fixed it and this change is already at your site.

Please disable admin tools and httaccess on your site and update me.
So i can check the issue, because after some times it's start giving error that is you are spammer.

Admin tools is removed and ALL htaccess is temporarily removed. Still get redirects error. Please continue to troubleshoot.

Thanks for getting back to us, it seems like the way you setup that cookies setting from your site global configuration page which caused this issue, even sometime unable to login through Joomla login page as well.

I already removed those cookies domain name from your site global configuration page, it seems work fine now.

Can you try clear your browser cookies and see how it goes.

Can you set it back up where users can sign up right from the plan's page?

Oh, i thought you disable this "PayPlans-Registration-Quick" plugin by default because when i handle your case, this already disabled by default.

I already help you enabled it, it should show the quick registration form under the subscription/new user sign-up page now, can you give it a check again?
