If you would like to make all the subcategory show in the URL, what i suggestion is using 3rd party SEF extension so that you can customize the URL.

you can find blog list from home page "http://staging.dad.info/" or article page "http://staging.dad.info/article/"

Can you try view this page -> http://staging.dad.info/article/categories/listings/global-escapes
The URL already show correctly, because I have help you created a single category layout for global-escapes in EasyBlog category menu. (Then you have to create all the category from your backend menu item page)

But it seems like the frontpage is not working even under this global-escapes category,
Check my screenshot below.
May i know which module is trigger this? and the URL got "blog", so when you click on this URL, it will go to error page.
May i know do you have create some this "blog" menu item from your site before?

i have changed settings for home page now its working,

but other category are not working,
can you please work for all,
also check this page after you change files,
http://staging.dad.info/lifestyle/health-fitness-and-grooming/dad-health is it working or not, here we made custom module for tag wise listing,
but we used 'EasyBlogRouter' as same of your module so may be it will not create issue, but after change please check once.

You have to create all the single category in this menu item -> http://staging.dad.info/administrator/index.php?option=com_menus&view=items&menutype=easyblog-category
