Need advice for a epate multi blogging

hello guys,

We have easyblog installed on our website and we use it for our official blog posts, we would like that our members have the possibility to write their own posts and news BUT not on the same blog, we want to separate the two channels.


we thinked about using K2 to create a separate blog system, what do you think ? another extension ?
Can we use easyblog as a separate second blog ? perhaps with team !?

Here are my suggestion
1. You can create two different categories by (EasyBlog>Categories) (eg: Blog 1 and Blog 2).
2. Create a menu assigning each of the blogs (Menu>add new menu item>Menu item type (single category))
3. Permission to create/views on the blogs ( eg: for Blog 1 : (Categories>Blog 1> Permissions>General>Privacy set to Assigned Joomla user Group and set the permission on the right side where who can view the blog and who can edit/create at the blog.
