I'm getting the same issue as in this thread: http://stackideas.com/forums/uncaught-typeerror-cannot-read-property-commentlist-of-undefined

I've uninstalled/reinstalled EasyDiscuss and am using the most current version (downloaded an hour ago). Surely there is a fix for this other than you all having to log in and do it on each site.

Correct me if I'm wrong, did you mean this error "Uncaught Error: Syntax error, unrecognized expression: #jform[params][category_id][]-lbl"? If so, you can replace the attached files in:

JoomlaFolder\components\com_easydiscuss\views\index\tmpl\default.xml
JoomlaFolder\administrator\components\com_easydiscuss\elements\fields\modal\categories.php

Yes in fact, the one you pasted is the correct error - thanks for figuring that out, my mistake - and that did fix the issue. Thanks for the files!
