Native joomla mobile menu does not recognise logged in users when you go to easydiscuss pages

Template issue...in mobile view menu items in native joomla menu that are for registered users...do show only on joomla native pages if i go to easydiscuss and easysocial
i see only the menus for the public..its the forum menu if you click and go to the first dropdown link (Κεντρική Forum) you see only this .....check the links below..

if you click https://www.gyn.gr/index.php?option=com_easysocial&view=dashboard&Itemid=

you will see that that the menu shows only submenu link the one that is public and ignores that i am logged in.

try it with the developer tools of firefox responsive design mode... i test it and in my samsung j5 and it does it there too.
any ideas? i send you an image that explains whats going on
Really its the cache...! is there no way to enable caching in joomla ? Is there a way around? or must i live with out it?
Disabling system cache solved the issue... if there is a way to use it please let me know.

Hm, i think this issue is not related with the Easydiscuss comonent.

1. That menu is not generated from Easydiscuss
2. The cache system is not belong to Easydicuss

May i know which cache system setting you disabled just now? Because i would like to do some testing on your site.

And may i know which page showing this link?

This link is actually go to Easysocial user dahsboard page.

By the way, i would suggest you that create hidden menu item for EasySocial - (user) dashboard, if not when you go to Easysocial page, it doesn't link to the correct menu item.

Οκ i replaced the Gynbook link to logged in users dashboard of easy social ...same results after enabling the cache, menu works fro 10 minutes or less then starts to hide again... this happens only when i am in easysocial and easydiscuss anyway i desable the cache dont know if it is a template conflict somewhere..just mentioned my problem if you had any such thing encounter before.If it so i need a new template again i bought your template and this had issues too i am so mentally tired. i leave it as it is for now , because i have looged users from mobile devices and this thing was driving them crazy the last days..

Actually it doesn't need any new template, currently we haven't check this issue on your site yet so I do not know what is the issue caused this yet. Keep us update if you would like us to investigate this issue on your site.

ok i will repoen this if i have something new found...i disable the cache for now and i will mark this case as resolved...if i find out some more information about this issue...because i saw in joomla.org other users had issues with the acl on sub menu items that were assigned on registered users on versions 3.6.3 to 3.8 and above i will wait for the next update 3.8.12 and if there i get the same results i will reopen this ticket
