Working with the Native App... If I try to post a photo from my iPhone, it goes through the motions and after about 30 seconds it will not post and I get "Error Invalid image provided"

Thanks for the update on the issue. Yes this is something that we are still working on to allow High Efficiency format to be able to be uploaded in the next version of the app.

Hi Daniel,

May I know if your photo is using High Efficiency (HEIF/HEVC) format? Currently this format is not fully supported in current version of Native EasySocial App as there is no dedicated image processing within the app yet. You can check the format by going to your iPhone settings > camera > Formats.

If you are not using the format mentioned above, kindly provide us with the image that you are trying to upload here so we can try it out directly.

Please advise.

My iPhone is set to High Efficiency. Switching to Most Compatible did allow for the upload of a photo from the iPhone. Is this something being worked on, where High Efficiency will be able to be uploaded?
