If (guest are NOT allowed to comment) & (Allow Registration When Posting Comments: DISABLED), the name field should NOT be displayed. Please see the attached screen capture.
Hey there,

The name field is a required field for Guests so that we can know who is and what is the name of the guest.

Imagine if there are 10 Guests comment without his/her name on the blog post, you can't even know who is who posting as the guests.

Hey there,

For your information, the name field does not related to the (guests are NOT allowed to comment) as I mentioned earlier it is a required field for Guests so that we can know who is and what is the name of the guest.

If the guests are not allowed to comment, by right the comment form should not appear for the Guests in the blog entry. I just checked your site that if I turned off the 'Post Comments' from Guests' ACL, the comment form won't appear for the Guests in the blog entry.

Ok. Thanks.
Sorry, I did not check the ACL. I am still trying to get my head around how your ACL model.
