you can make sure that when one leaves a comment is not obliged to leave the name and email? and in that case, the comment appears to come from a user named example

Yes it is possible with Komento. You can go to your backend > komento > integration > choose your components > layout > comment form > form requirement, http://screencast.com/t/fQKpv4As .

I am sorry but unfortunately the name field cannot be removed and we need to use the name field when posting comments.
