I've checked in your site, it seems like you are hitting this error 504 Gateway time out, which mean that hitting time out issues when process load all the acl group data from this table `#__easyblog_acl_group`. Check my screenshot below. (I checked this table got 10000++ data) so causing this installation issues, by the way, I already help you truncated this table data and try install again, it work fine now.
