Hi SI team

Where is my upgrade button?
Currently on EasySocial v1.3.10
EasySocial 1.3.11 is now available!
http://stackideas.com/blog/easysocial-1-3-11-is-now-available
But my upgrade button has gone AWOL

It should be down on the bottom left of screen shot?

Members Worldwide also not loading…

Me thinks this might be related to this here:

best

Hello Paul,

Nope it's unrelated at all. This is a different issue altogether. Anyway, when we release 1.3.12, please start a new thread and provide us with the back end and FTP access to the site. I would like to upgrade for you and see whether the scripts are still missing.

hello Paul,

Sorry for late reply to this,

It seems like you have missing some of the script file from your /media/com_easysocial/resources/1.3.10js file

After I manually move in your site, then work fine now.

hi Arlex

Thanks for the fix but….

This is a little weird. After updating things break again!!!

I live in Germany and there is a saying in german "Da ist der Wurm drin!" which means that for some reason this goes wrong, repeatedly for unknown reasons. I just attempted to do an update after your fix using the update button. I was instructed to download the package and install manually. Which I did. The update worked by and large but things are broken again!

This is now the second time in a row that I have been instructed to update manualy. i.e. from EasySocial v1.3.09 too EasySocial v1.3.10 and now from EasySocial v1.3.10 too EasySocial v1.3.11! So my uneducated guess is that something is going wrong during the upgrade process but what...

Map is not loading and tabs are broken...

thanks in advance

ps looks like it is related to this:

http://stackideas.com/forums/problems-after-update-to-es-1-3-11

pps Would love read access to Easy Discuss threads even though I do not currently have a valid description. This for me is a good case in point for why the read access rights should be somewhat more liberal

Hello Paul,

Is it possible for you to provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue?

Hello Paul,

I have re-uploaded the scripts file for you on the site. Should work fine now When we release 1.3.12, can you please submit a post here so that we can try to upgrade for you and see what went wrong?

Hi Mark

There is a little lady in my neighbourhood and she wanders around with a bag. On the bag is written "Accept the Mystery"

But seriously, sure I would be happy to start a new thread when it comes to the next update.

Now I guess that this is way off but asking stupid questions sometimes pays off

Is there any way that these issues could be related?

Just checking…

thanks in advance
