Hi,
no one can see their subscriptions under "My subscriptions" you can only see blank.. please see screenshots.
when I logged in the backend all subscriptions are there.

also for critical issues or system down how to get hold of support quick, do you have a phone number or other method to contact you if needed immediately?

Hm, it seems work fine for me, if I try to login this user account `easydiscuss` then I subscribe one of the category and one of the post discussion, it will show on my subscription page.

Can you provide us with your user account which facing this issue so we can directly look into this?

Currently only available contact us from our forums regarding the support, if that is urgent, I would recommended you put your post thread to `urgent` state so that we will look at your issue first. But we cannot guarantee 100% to respond immediately. Thanks for understand.

Yes it seems to be working fine and showing ok now, although when I took the screenshots earlier it was not. it was reported by more than one user and when I tested it out it was not showing for me as well..
hope it wouldn't happen again.

currently I don't have the option to set a post as urgent when I tried that.

lastly can you tell me how did you made your above reply? I mean what option in the forum so I can copy a post and comment on it like you did before on different point in an organized way?
is that the quote option?

ok, a user just reported the bug.. it seems unless you subscribe to at least one Discussion, you can't maintain your Category subscriptions on the My Subscriptions screen.

I just tried it out just now, please see it yourself.

Yes, you can use the `quote` button from the reply.

if you can unsubscribe from the posts you subscribed to on the video you will see that Categories subscriptions are blank.

Hey there,

I've applied some temporary fix in this file, it should work fine now. JoomlaFolder\components\com_easydiscuss\themes\wireframe\subscription\default.php

By the way, I will log this issue in our tracker will apply the better fix in the next release version.
