Hi there,

My site has crashed. I am afraid that it might be connected to EasySocial. I managed to restore it from the backup but only got it from 4 days ago.

Regards,
David.
I am not sure what led to my site crashed as it could have been my provider (JustHost) which I am leaving very soon.

Hi,

Have you restored back to the working state? Perhaps you might want to try reinstalling EasySocial on a test site and see if you are able to reproduce this issue, and leave the issue as is in the test site so that we can investigate this for you.

Hi Jason,

Would you be able to check the back end to see if you can make any sense of it please?

Hi David,

I just logged into your site the frontend and backend and it seems like your site is running just fine. Do you have any server logs that we can look at because by browsing your site is hard for us to tell why your server crashed. Please advise.

If you go to http://www.gtmetrix.com to view analytical of my site, it showing it is under a lot of pressure. As easySocial is the only serious component (other then EasyDiscuss and EasyBlog), I was wondering could there be a connection.

Hi David,

I've check your site at http://gtmetrix.com and based on the report, it seems like the report is telling how fast your server serve a page request but it doesn't tell why your site crashed. The only way to find out why your site crashed is from your server error log. Maybe you can consult with your hosting provider and see if they can get some useful information of your server statistic.

Hope this help.
