Hi!

My article is gone! There is nowhere to be found under "Posts"!

The big problem is that I had made it public through the following permalink:
https://blog.deriscope.com/index.php/blog/introduction-deriscope-2-1
which now returns Error 404

I have no idea how that happened, but this kind of disappearance is a disaster for me!
Perhaps I pressed the wrong button somewhere, I don't know.

I have tried to create a new post with the hope I could save it with the same permalink as the one mentioned above.
But when I try to edit the permalink, Easyblog does not accept my custom url entry and always replaces the 2-1 suffix with 2-1-1
It seems that the old permalink is still somewhere in the system creating a name conflict.

Do you know how can I delete the old permalink from the system so that I will be able to reuse it with my new post?

Best regards,
Ioannis
Great answer and very quick too!
Completely resolved my problem
One suggestion from my perspective as user for your next release:
I was looking yesterday in the attached screen for some sort of trash container with the hope I could find my missing post there.
Unfortunately it did not occur to me to click on "Select Sate" as I thought that if no specific state is selected, all posts should be displayed.
I know now that when "Select State" is displayed, then not all articles are listed but only a certain subset of them.
Perhaps it would be better to replace "Select State" with some "XYZ" label that would indicate the type of displayed posts.
Or alternatively, you may keep the label "Select State", but associate it.with listing all articles with no filtering applied.

Perhaps you can try filter to 'trashed' state from backend > Easyblog > post (check my attached screenshot below), and see whether which trashed post is using that permalink then delete it.

If still unable to use your custom permalink, can you provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site so we can better have a check?
