It appears that the Menu Item type for My Events is actually "Events I am Attending".

Please create a new Menu Item type that is a true "My Events" because we want Event Organizers to see and manage their own events. This is very important. If you have an immediate workaround that would be helpful.

Thank you,
James
Hi there,

Logged this issues internally and we will see if we can implement this on our future release version Thanks for your understanding.

Hi there,

Currently, there are no 'hacks' or fixes we can apply. It required a lot of modifications to achieve this currently. Thanks for your understanding.

Hi there,

We will included them on our next release version. There are no expected date that we going to release them now as we are on the midst of developing and releasing Payplan v4.0. Shortly after that, we will release them(Easysocial).

Thanks for your understanding.

Hi there,

Can you explain us on how to replicate this and it expected outcomes? From what we tested, it seems to works as it should. And can you provide us with your staging site access so that we can further check them. Please advice.

Please read our previous messages.

You said it would be fixed in 3.0. The issue is clear, the my Events link is not actually my events, it is my events created and attending. It should actually be only events I have created.

Hi there,

Have you created a menu items for it as you can see here http://take.ms/D17iQk. It should shown your event created only. Please advice. If those items still not correct, do provide us with your staging site access so that we can further check them.

Please advice.

Thanks Abdul but this is only a partial fix.

Ideally, the event filters would also be fixed.

My Events - Currently should actually be "Events Attending"
My Events - Needs to be made and based on the logic of your new menu item

I can also confirm that this is not resolved in the EasySocial User Module as clicking on "My Events" takes the user to events they are attending.

Not sure which module you referring to as EasySocial User Module should not have 'My Events' options. Please advice.

Hi James,

Currently, it will redirected you to my events(all event including(Joined/created)) as it is designed that way. You will need to some customisation on the modules itself to achieve this as the one you referring are additions and not bug fixes.

Thanks for your understanding.

Thank you Abdul, modifying the module is an easy fix for us.

My biggest concern is making sure the appropriate filters are in place. Can you confirm that this will be resolved by EasySocial Stable?

I have logged this issues on our issues trackers and will have them tested properly. We will included them and you might get the chance to check/test this as we might release a few more beta release version to make sure everything works as it should.
