I am not sure why but for some reason today the email notifications and the twitter notifications about our latest blog are pointing to https://ftp.drcarney.com instead of https://www.drcarney.com

Do you have any idea what might have caused this?

Today's post is dated: 07-06-2022

The title is: Increased green and yellow vegetable intake and lowered cancer deaths in an elderly population

The link today is trying to take people to:

https://ftp.drcarney.com/science/disease-conditions/cancer/increased-green-and-yellow-vegetable-intake-and-lowered-cancer-deaths-in-an-elderly-population

Which then gives a warning message that there might be something bad going on.

Any ideas on why this happened today would be greatly appreciated.

Sean
Hey Sean,

I just found that I am able to access your site from ftp.drcarney.com.

You can refer to my screenshot where the composer is loaded under the ftp.drcarney.com url. When the blog post is published under this domain, the autopost and email notification links will follow ftp.drcarney.com.

To address this, I would suggest that you consult the webhosting provider to make sure accessing ftp.drcarney.com does not load the site.

Hi Sean,

1. Does this happen to all posts starting from a certain date, or only on certain posts?

2. Do you know where are the posts published from the moment those emails are generated(etc from front-end, back-end, email)?

3. Is there a sample post having this issue that only sends email notifications to maybe you and I? This is so I can do some tests.

Thank you very much. I will do that. They had recently configured some ftp accounts for me. We will have to get rid of those and remove that subdomain.
