My API key is not working and does not allow me to upgrade to latest version
Hello Kfir,

May I know what version is your blog running on? Upgrading from EasyBlog 3.8.x or older to 3.9.x requires a full installation. The reason is because there are some core files which were modified in this release and running the updater would actually break things. You could download the latest version in http://stackideas.com/dashboard

Thanks

Hi,

I'm running Joomla 2.5.9 and in the process of upgrading to 3.X. I found that Easyblog causes my upgrade to crash. That's why I wanted to upgrade to the current version before I continued to upgrade my Joomla version. I understand that you recommend upgrading with a full installation and will do that, but please let me know if you have additional suggestions/comments before I do it.

Thanks.

Hello Kfir,

So sorry for the delay in getting back to you. Please do remember to backup your files just in case you have any customisation done on them After that you are safe to upgrade the blog. Hope this helps.

Thanks!
