You can't actually select multiple authors for a single post.

Is this a feature that can be added? Are there any work-arounds?

I am sorry but currently EasyBlog simply cannot support multiple authors assigned on a single blog post I not sure if this feature is achievable or not but currently we do not have the plan to implement this feature. By the way, may i know what is the reason you need to have multiple authors assign in a blog post? Or maybe you can consider to use teamblog feature in Easyblog?
