Unable to get the ajax response of any apps to update, for example selecting plans that apps apply to, or user to apply a subscription to. When selecting the number of months for any plan it defaults back to 0 and wont save. I get the cron not running error despite that cron is running.

All in all I feel like there is some serious issues in the backend that i'm guessing is all related to the one problem.

I was holding out for 4.0 in the hopes it would resolve but can't wait any longer
Hello Ted,

Ajax error is coming due to your template jquery conflicts with payplans jquery.
Cron issue is also able to replicate , but nothing logged into payplans logs.

Can you update me your site ftp details as well as today's server error or access log to check cron job issue.
Because when i tried to run from frontend , it shows successful but nothing in Payplans logs.

Update me.

Conflicts with the standard admin template??
Cron is working, just the alert not going away. I'm more concerned with the usability being restored. FTP details added in original post

Hello Ted,

Regarding js error, i have checked and found that you have modify the file at path root//components/com_payplans/xiframework/base/helper/template.php to add jquery and bootstrap js, which is creating conflicts. I've already corrected it.
see attached screen shot.

Please take a look on this issue and update me if you still facing this issue.

Think you'll find that was modified by you here https://stackideas.com/forums/unable-to-upgrade-plans-or-enter-credit-card-details hopefully that error doesn't return then.

Whilst you managed to resolve the first problem we still seem to be having cron issues. renewals have not been processed this month, still sitting there owing.

Hello Ted,

I am able to login using details. I checked and found when cron url trigger it's redirecting to home page.
This issue is coming due to sh404 SEF plugin. After disabling sh404 SEF system plugin , cron job seems working.

can you grant us for the permission so I can able to purge all of your existing SEF URL from Sh404sef so that it can regenerate again those correct SEF URL?
Update me.
