Unfortunately that was not possible to achieve at this point of time. Because the existing custom fields do not have link to another selection field.

Your requirements would require a new type of custom field altogether because I think you are trying to combine multiple "multi inputs" into the form. If you want, we are available for hire to develop a unique custom field for you to achieve this.

Back to my requirement :
- please register to courirlemonde.org to see how it works
- step1 : click on 'Inscription' (= 'Registration') link => screenshot CAPTURE1
- step2 : go to the panel 'Votre experience sur marathon' => screenshot CAPTURE2
. in the section 'vos marathons courus hors France' (= 'marathon you ran out of France') : select a value for a Nom (='marathon name') then a value for the related 'nombre de participations' (='number of times you run the selected marathon')
. the click on the button 'Ajouter' (='Add') to save it in 'Votre liste' ('your list')
. then do it again ... some members ran more than 100 marathons
. if you did a wrong selection, select the name in the list then click on the button 'Suprimer' ('Delete') to remove it from the list

To facilitate the selection, we have 2 similar controls in 2 sections:
- 'vos marathons courus hors France' (= 'marathon you ran out of France')
- 'vos marathons courus en France' (= 'marathon you ran in France')

Once registered
- the 2 lists (with the related country flag, only French flag for items in teh 2nd lists) are displayed in the profile : we can see if the member run the marathon of NYC 3 times, the marathon of Paris 6 times, etc. => screenshot CAPTURE3
- the sum of all marathons ran, he displayed under the picture of every members when they contribute in discussion forum, as author in an article, etc. => screenshot CAPTURE4

I re-open this ticket waiting for your assessment.
