Please treat this a Priority Help request.
1. This error does not always appear when users create a discussion.
2. It has hapened with me just now. I repled to a question, and clicked submit button. The page got hung and nothing was submitted. when I refreshed the same error (reproducced below) appeared:

3. When ever this error appears many emails are simultaneously sent from my site email id to my admin email account. Please have a look at the contents of the email:
