Hi,

I've noticed that uploading video via 'New Post' --> 'Template for Videos' on mobile phones has a couple of issues. First, when you select the video to upload via 'Upload File' you get a blank screen and a message 'No compatible software was found for this'. But when you submit for approval, the video gets published.

Other users have mentioned not being able to see the uploading progress counter as well and when they publish the video it takes some minutes after for it to be playable. I was only able to replicate this problem once however.

It seems like the login credential given above was not working http://take.ms/qdj3W and it is possible you to provide us with the video that you want to upload? So we can troubleshoot this issue further?

You can add the information needed by edit your first post in the Details section or you can just include your site's access once at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site rather than needing to keep adding them in your replies

Hi,

I also forgot to mention that when the video is published and displayed via module on the site it the following text appears in the description:

"EasyBlog.require() .library('videojs') .done(function() { videojs('video-f46f49d6940f481e0abbc48b9c9f5a30', { ..."

Hey Sam,

I am sorry for the delay of this reply,

It seems like both also is a bug, I've applied some temporary fix in this file JoomlaFolder/components/com_easyblog/themes/wireframe/composer/blocks/handlers/video/player.php, that video should display correctly now.

Regarding with your second issue, I already log this issue into our issue tracker, I will update you once our developer fix this in locally.
