Move user data from EasyProfile to EasySocial

I'm an using both EasyProfile and EasySocial on a site. Currently I'm using EasyProfile to handle the users and I've created a lot of custom fields in EasyProfile.

I would like to use EasySocial to handle the user data instead of EasyProfile and I want to move the user data from EasyProfile to EasySocial, where I create the custom fields.

Is there an easy way to move the data? I've 500 users so I don't want to do it manually.

Unfortunately, we do not have a migrator to move the EasyProfile custom field data to Easysocial.
