Hello Claudio Pizzini,

Could you mind provide us with a temporary access to your Joomla backend (as admin) and an FTP access so we can check that issue and see where the problem is coming from? Please advise.

Hello Claudio Pizzini,

Yes, we need your FTP access I'm suspect that you hitting that error is because there seems to be some permission issues on the site, what you should do now is to try to contact your hosting provider so that the permissions of the files and folders on your site will be reset. After resetting the permissions, reinstall EasySocial again. Rest assured that the settings and data will remain intact.
Also, i checked in your backend, it seems like you still using older version of EasySocial, after your hosting provider set the permission of the files and folders on your site then you download the latest version of EasySocial and install it.

Hi,

Thank you very much !

You see "right", i reset permissions of the files and folders and everything function well (i dont understand why becouse i set 777 all before, anyway now is ok )

yes i know have to upgrade, but i customize the profile and addon user source, the upgrade change that files so have to organize and plan it before upgrade (this is also the reason becouse move the site to another location )

Best Regards
