Yeah you can change the comment to the respective article by just following these few steps:

1. In your site Backend go to Komento > Comments > Comments > edit the comment you want to switch to another article

2. At the Edit Comment tab change the value in 'Article id' field to the correct article id.

The article id you can simply check it in the Article section at your site backend > Content > articles. There you can see some values for each articles listed below the ID column.

Ensure that you have do the full backup before you did this step.
