It seems that when i check on your site, those Easyblog Popular module was unpublished as you can see here http://take.ms/GxPjZ. I have tested them locally and it seems to shown all category as it should.

Maybe i have checked them wrongly, can you explain more on how to replicate them for us to replicate them and further check on your site also.

Please advice.

Usually they all should have different categories.
At least this was the case before updating to EB5.1

Can you give this a try again now? I have applied some fixes on the most popular post module. In case anyone else faces this issue, please download the attached file and upload it into /modules/mod_easyblogmostpopularpost/
