Hello,
I have the Most Commented Post module set up, but it's not pulling any comments into it, therefore no articles are appearing in it even though some have comments. I made sure there wasn't any extra white space in the category text field, and I've told it to pull from all categories and 5 articles.

I still can't get anything to show up though. I wonder if I have conflicts with Komento being installed (I haven't really set up Komento yet, not sure if this is a contributing factor..).

Any ideas?

Site is http://mycampus.writingcommons.org

and the module is at the bottom of the page.
Hello Joe,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. Is it possible for you to provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue?

Of course. I put the information in the form below. I also want to point out, I had the calendar module published previously as well and nothing was showing up for that either. Literally nothing, not even the module title.

In the case of this issue, the most commented post, the module title will appear, but not any comments or commented articles.

Hello Joe,

I have check your site and it seems like there is a plugin installed in your site that causing this issue: AddThis - Bookmark and Sharing Tool. I have disable this plugin and now the calender has worked. Here my screenshot: http://screencast.com/t/V8LeyB9iUJ . Please contact this plugin provider for assistance.

And about "Most Commented Post module", in order for this module to worked is it need to have comments in your blog. From my inspection on your site, it seems like you're using Facebook commenting system. This module is not integrated or cannot be used by Facebook commenting system. So, you need to have build-in commenting system in your site. I have helps you set build-in commenting system in your site and if you do not want this you may disable it: Components > Easyblog > Settings > Comments > Integrations > Built in comments = No.

If you have anymore question, please don't hesitate to ask us.
Hope this will help.
Thanks.
