You can language override the following language constant which is at Backend > Extensions > Language > Overrides:

COM_EASYBLOG_USERNAME - "username"

APP_BLOG_USER_TITLE - "Blog"

COM_EASYSOCIAL_GENERIC_FRIENDS_PLURAL - "%1$s Friend"

APP_USER_BLOG_STREAM_CREATED_BLOG_POST="%1$s created a new blog post, %2$s"

APP_USER_BLOG_STREAM_REACTED="%1$s reacted to blog post, %2$s"

COM_EASYBLOG_POST_HITS="%1$s Hits"

Take note that if you see something like this '%1$s', you need to maintain it because that is the value.
