Why do you limit what can be included in a comment? Right now it appears as though only pictures and emojis. Is there a configuration to add docs or links to the comment, too? If not, can that be added? Our customers are asking for this feature.
Has anyone had a chance to review this? Even just allowing a hyperlink to be easily added to a comment would be good. You can now, but you have to use the full URL (with http://). I want to be able to at least add www google com (with the dots) and have it become a hyperlink (instead of having to type in http://www.google.com).
