There isn't anyone else that requested such a functionality and we don't think it is ideal to add this feature internally because some of our customers do include html codes in the author's biography and enforcing a read more would mean that we'll have to strip all html codes.

You should submit a feature request for EasyBlog at https://stackideas.com/forums/easyblog/feature-requests . At least we could see if there are any other users who are interested on such functionality
