I've just finished creating my second post (didn't have this problem with the first one) and there's a "More...." link in the middle of the first paragraph AND a "Continue Reading" button. When I click the "More...." link, it only shows the next couple lines of the sentence. It need to link to the display of the full article. It's rather dumb that it only shows a couple more lines when clicked. I tried adding a "Read More" block but that didn't do anything.

How do we fix this?
Hi Debra,

Seems like when it reached the maximum characters set from your backend > menu item > easyblog frontpage > featured > maximum characters, it will shows the More button. I've fix this by set the number of characters to shown to 999 so it will not show the More button on the slider.

By the way we will provide a better fix to this issue in the next release of easyblog.

That's where it's set!! I figured there had to be a setting for this and didn't think that it might be in the menu item settings. I kept looking in the Easyblog->Settings tabs.

Excellent. It would be nice to have this setting available in both places (for people like me ). In the meantime, it might be a good topic for the FAQ.

Thank you Ezrul!
