More filters on ED dashboard

Hi there,

the statistics on ED dashboard are a little bit tiny. For a fast summary it will be nice to see the following:
- How many threads/posts on day/month/year
- (when possible) Summary of users visited day/week/month/year
- Last 5/10/25 threads/posts/tags
- Last 5/10/25 announcements

additionally a possibility to manipulate the graphical output of the stats. The cake circle for threads on kategorie is not a good solution, e.G. we have very long category titles and these breaks on the right side out of the frame.

As a fist step I need at least the first point of the list. Its real horror to count every thread for the last month. Do you have a workaround which can be easy implemented into code - I know that this have to be done on every update : )

Thanks for the suggestion and yes we also think that we need to improve ED's dashboard. But for now, I can provide you with a simple hack based on your first point on the list. This is considered as customization which is out of our support responsibility. Please replace the attached file in: ../administrator/components/com_easydiscuss/views/discuss/view.html.php. This will filter it by post/reply that published within 10 days. You can change the interval in this file. Change this: INTERVAL 10 DAY to your custom day.

Hi Nick,

many thanks on this and for an temporarily solution to get into this.

I hope you bring this into ED but additionally to an interval it will be better to manage/filter an period to see what happens on spezific months or years.
