Hello EasyBlog people,
I purchased EasyBlog and thoroughly like its features and functionalities... As a newbie I do have some difficulty to grasp all the possibilities, though (and yes, I DID read the documentation).

My questions:
1) I installed the Launcher Package; I cannot find a way to have modules (like tag clouds, categories, whatever...) in a left or right column next to the main content. Do I need to install the Full Package for that?

2) When creating a new blog post there seems to be only one way to upload image files: by entering the path to the image directory on the server (which works, of course). But that's too complicated for my co-bloggers. Is there a way to directly upload any image file from a local drive WITHIN the EasyBlog interface?

Thanks in advance for your input!
Kay
Hi Kay,

Firstly, thank you for purchase our component
Kindly find my response for your inquiries below:

1) I installed the Launcher Package; I cannot find a way to have modules (like tag clouds, categories, whatever...) in a left or right column next to the main content. Do I need to install the Full Package for that?

You do not have to install full package to have those all modules, all you need to do is, head to extensions>modules>click new button>choose the modules https://take.ms/DJKOZ

2) When creating a new blog post there seems to be only one way to upload image files: by entering the path to the image directory on the server (which works, of course). But that's too complicated for my co-bloggers. Is there a way to directly upload any image file from a local drive WITHIN the EasyBlog interface?

Firstly, may I know do you using easyblog built in composer or WYSIWYG editor? (sorry as I cannot access your backend to check as the login credential given is not working )
1st option: https://take.ms/5o1Kw (only available for built-in composer)
2nd option: https://take.ms/StxoT (available for both built in composer and WYSIWYG )

Thanks, Muhammad, that solves the problem! I switched back to EasyBlog editor which is much easier and user-friendly than TinyMCE. Now everything´s fine.
The module issue I had figured out by myself in the meantime ;-)
Thanks again
Best regards,
Kay
