hi Support

The following Modules:

GOING BEYOND THE FINAL BUG
FINAL BUG TOOLBAR
BUG USERS
SUPERMEET
BUG SPONSORS

Are set up to, show “only on the pages selected”: I select every thing except home.

I make the same selection for all of the 5 modules above and it makes no difference! (I select every thing except home.) All 5 still show up every where!

I can unpublished one of these 5 modules and it disappears every where. e.g. “GOING BEYOND THE FINAL BUG”

However changing the “Menu Assignment” seems to have no effect what soever. For example I can switch “Module Assignment” to “No Pages” and the module “GOING BEYOND THE FINAL BUG” still shows up every where!?! All I want is for them to show up every where except on the home page!

Please advise

thanks

Paul
Hello Paul,

Where are these modules being positioned at? Is this the internal modules of EasySocial? If these are normal modules being positioned in your Joomla template, I am afraid you need to check this with modules anywhere because we do not control how the modules are placed in your Joomla template.

hi Mark

"Where are these modules being positioned at? Is this the internal modules of EasySocial?"

The first 3 are Easy Social modules that I am trying to position every where except on the home page!

I am using the module manager at the back end to do this. No numbers does not control the position of these modules rather the standard joomla module manager!

Ok I found a link up at the top of the ES module that lets me switch to No Numbers. I might just be making progress!!!

Hello Paul,

Thanks for updating but just for your information, whether or not the module displays on your Joomla template is not determined by the module. They are determined by Joomla. If Joomla decides to not display the module, then it wouldn't display I believe Modules Anywhere does alter the codes so that only specific modules are rendered.
